Steve Rowe Real Estate LLC provides real estate-related services and information. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website.

No Physical Shipping

Because we do not sell physical merchandise, standard shipping methods, shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking numbers, customs fees, and physical product delivery terms do not apply.

Electronic and Transaction-Related Delivery

Real estate communications, documents, disclosures, marketing materials, and transaction-related information may be delivered electronically, in person, by mail, by courier, through a transaction management platform, or through third-party service providers when appropriate.

Any delivery method, timing, fee, or responsibility related to a real estate transaction may be governed by the applicable purchase and sale agreement, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, escrow instructions, title company procedures, lender requirements, brokerage policies, or other transaction documents.

Steve Rowe Real Estate LLC is not responsible for shipping, courier, recording, escrow, title, lender, inspection, appraisal, notary, postage, or document delivery fees charged by third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Future Product Sales

If Steve Rowe Real Estate LLC later offers physical products, merchandise, printed materials, or other shippable items for sale, separate shipping terms will be provided before or at the time of purchase.
